It's already after midnight and I have classes tomorrow morning...

Ultra busy day. Went running, then to a doctor, then shopping, then a Students' Council meeting. Still managed to squeeze in ~4-5h of work. Creating drafts based on an Excel sheet is almost working - tested it on my own drafts, which will let us manually review them and get better quality. A new batch of emails is getting ready. Automated follow-ups are also almost ready - working for me, now need to make it work for my cofounders.

Goals for tomorrow:

  • Load more drafts to my cofounders' spreadsheets
  • Test the spreadsheet with cofounders
  • Give follow-up automation to cofounders for testing

Quiet day. Caught up with sleep, woke up at 9am. Short meeting with cofounders, then preparation for tomorrow's meeting - gathered all my thoughts in one place and prepared a structured agenda. Bought some A1 sheets, markers, and set up a war room :)...
