I'm Stan. I'm 20 and I'm trying to build a company.

For the past year and a half I've been at it — two teams collapsed, a massive deal fell through, hundreds of cold calls, thousands of emails. Then at the start of this year, first real revenue. Twelve clients in one month. It felt like something was finally working.

Now Q1 is over, growth has stalled, and we're figuring out what comes next. That's where I am.

I'm also a second-year cybersecurity student in Wrocław, Poland. I do both at the same time, which means most days I'm doing both and neither fully.

I've kept a daily journal through all of it. I write to think. This blog is that journal — made public. Not advice. Not a success story. Just what building something actually looks like from the inside.
