Taking a Step Back | 5.04.2026

Just came back from running. Life feels good as always after a run.

I've been taking a break since Thursday — from everything. I'm still working, looks like I can't live without it ;) but I'm working on side projects, just taking my mind off of the main business. I spent some time catching up with friends and playing video games. I think it's been over half a year since I played a video game.

Together with my cofounders we decided it's time to take a step back, get a fresh view and rethink our approach. We've just finished the first quarter of building our venture — a perfect time to evaluate what was done well, what didn't work and what needs improvement. We also have a major problem: our growth has almost stopped ~2 weeks ago.

We're taking time to work on the business and not in the business. Apart from resting I'm also spending time with pen and paper. Writing, planning, figuring out what we need to change.
