A New Pivot Idea | April 8, 2026
Quiet day. Caught up with sleep, woke up at 9am. Short meeting with cofounders, then preparation for tomorrow's meeting - gathered all my thoughts in one place and prepared a structured agenda. Bought some A1 sheets, markers, and set up a war room :)
I also spent some time exploring a new pivot idea. It looks promising - there's no specialised company in Poland doing what I have in mind, and the industry seems to be investing in this direction. The problem is our current technology doesn't transfer directly. What we know how to do works differently in this new space, and I'm not sure the market will trust it the same way.
This plan comes with a lot of risk - it's based on a few hypotheses:
- We'll be able to reach decision makers and start a conversation
- What we're offering will be appealing enough to at least get a response
- They'll be willing to work with a small company
There's no way to validate these without just executing. I'd need 1-2 weeks to test it.
I'll pitch this to my cofounders tomorrow and see what comes out of it.
