Got up early and went to uni classes. Finished both of them earlier and managed to squeeze ~5h of work in between and after. The draft pipeline seems to be finally working - we're testing a new flow with a spreadsheet where we can manually polish emails before sending them. Visualisations in emails are much better now and overall quality of outreach should go up. Automated follow-ups are also ready and we're testing them. Time needed for outreach is much lower and quality is much better. Hopefully this will help us close more clients.

In the evening I went to a networking event with my cofounders. I was so busy it's the first one I attended in 2-3 months. It was nice going back out there - some of the people even recognised me :) It was just a beer for founders, and some of them were awesome. One guy 3 years older than me already has government contracts for AI chatbots 0_0
